Yet my mind does not seem to be free,
From the shackles of what the day offered,
The moments of nostalgia which has me cornered
Going through my previous works,
The old memory in my mind lurks,
Of the person who was once the closest,
But now our hearts on someone else is focused
We shared the moments of love & joy,
I don't understand why we had to destroy,
Those four lovely years of friendship,
Those 'lil acts of fights and devilship
Those moments of high melodrama,
Our temper levels as high as Mt. Fujiyama,
Those pecks on the cheek,
Chances of it returning seems so bleak
Never thought I'd be saying this,
But your smile made my day bliss,
It was the love that we both shared,
We were best friends even if you never cared,
So even though that friendship might never again exist,
Those years spent together will always be missed,
And so I end it with our goodbyes kissed!
