Destiny Unwind

Running into the flow of destiny, Unaware of the rising mutiny, Edging past the moment of salvation, He's caught himself in a sticky situation, As he swept his past behind, No longer mending the broken heart, Turning his life around the rewind, Touching down on a new start And as the drops start connecting, Clearing his vision of the future, Of what he thought to be dissecting, Was instead threading his wounds with a suture Walking past the Falling tears, With a sly grin on his face, Coming up against all his fears, He's working past the lowly chase As Destiny starts to slowly unwind, And crystals begin to sparkle & shine, He leaves the humbled heart behind, And embarks his journey with a toast of wine

Trapped

Unable to express these feelings inside, Boiling throughout with rage, As he tries to look far wide, Finds himself trapped within the cage Powerless to break past these shackles, Stuck within the circle of duty, Shaking up his heart's hackles, No longer enjoying the spring beauty Withering down like autumn leaves, Breaking apart piece by piece, Smoked up everything he believes, Hopeless for any kind of peace Being chased away into darkness, Defenceless against his ferocity, Scarred along with his word's sharpness, Can't help but endure his animosity Hiding behind the veil of attachment, Entangled fear becoming rife, Resolves around the final judgement, Escaping his forlorn state of life

Mother's Eternal Love

He looked up in the sky, To thank him for thy angel, For he knew the mother's cry, Could pierce him in an instant He woke up with a cry, And filled her with blissful tears, When she heard the little one's voice, Washing away all her fears For one can't understand true love, Till he takes her place in life, But no one could, she's there above All, Her love carved in his heart The sweet voice of her lullaby, Still playing in his ears, He grew up into a man, But still her little child throughout years

A New Dawn

Life's beautiful the way it is, Joy, grief, love or hate, It's better when left to fate, Rather cribbing about all our life, We fail to see the tunnel's ending light The slogging throughout, The joy of one's success, Like the pawn takes over the King of chess, Like the hard fought win of an army, That's the purpose of this journey, Love, blood, tears shed along the way, Walking towards a new dawn, Some fresh lessons learnt, some foregone, In search for someones gratitude, You can't comprehend life's magnitude With the sun setting everyday, Day's challenges met or failed, In the end, doesn't matter who prevailed, 'Cause every day's a new beginning, A new shot at us winning

The Dark Curse

As darkness seems to creep in, The distance between us seems thin, The illusions taking over our senses, There's no way we could mend these fences The devil makes us sin, Unlike any other of his disciple, Burning down under, maintaining his grin, As we regret our moments of chagrin As we dissolve within the symphony, Far away from any sympathy, Anticipating the day of epiphany, We're caught under our own imagery The echo of his snigger fills the sky, Rising out of the ashes, No answer to the question why, As everything around crashes No dwelling to head towards, As life plays over each verse, As Darkness whispers us the words, Theres no way out of this curse

The Buried Love

The mind only wonders why? Why blue takes over the whole sky, Why grass seems greener on the other side, Why life goes through such erratic tides, Swinging through the highs & lows, How alongside the cold wind blows, The ambient mood of the beauty around, Fails to capture attention of the frowned She buried the love in the summer grave, Found another passion to crave, Yet time never ceases to move, One's left with nothing to disprove Wondering how the misplaced piece, Found its way back with caprice, To rekindle the joyous moments of Content, The wounds shall heal to an extent With no regret left behind, With no reason to remain blind, He walks ahead with his pride, A pinch of honour in every stride

Eternal Loneliness

Waking up to a lifeless night, Wandering about in the dark, Finds himself at unexplored height, Unaware of his inner spark It's just the weight of the world, He's carried along for far too long, Won't give up without a fight, Brought up that way all along Making his way through the lies, Weaving through the dense copse, Searching more than meets the eye, Oblivious to the clouded synapse, As frustration starts to creep in, None of the paths seem idoneous, He hides himself under the sinful skin, Burying himself into eternal loneliness

Destination Unknown

After walking down the empty road, Satisfied with his moment of solitude, Carrying around a thoughtful load, He's overcome his state of incertitude Been far away for far too long, High time for him to move along, From shades of grey, the blacks & whites, No longer scared of the gloomy nights, Been counting down the days since start, Repercussions of the heavy heart, Unaware are those not affected, Nightmare for those infected Blabbering like a clueless saint, Sane memories seem to disappear, The vivid details start getting faint, As death seems to draw near He opens his eyes to a destination unknown, Caught between the jaws of affection and anxiety, On the way, as a man, he's grown, Leaving behind his state of notoriety
