Eternal Loneliness

Waking up to a lifeless night, Wandering about in the dark, Finds himself at unexplored height, Unaware of his inner spark It's just the weight of the world, He's carried along for far too long, Won't give up without a fight, Brought up that way all along Making his way through the lies, Weaving through the dense copse, Searching more than meets the eye, Oblivious to the clouded synapse, As frustration starts to creep in, None of the paths seem idoneous, He hides himself under the sinful skin, Burying himself into eternal loneliness

Destination Unknown

After walking down the empty road, Satisfied with his moment of solitude, Carrying around a thoughtful load, He's overcome his state of incertitude Been far away for far too long, High time for him to move along, From shades of grey, the blacks & whites, No longer scared of the gloomy nights, Been counting down the days since start, Repercussions of the heavy heart, Unaware are those not affected, Nightmare for those infected Blabbering like a clueless saint, Sane memories seem to disappear, The vivid details start getting faint, As death seems to draw near He opens his eyes to a destination unknown, Caught between the jaws of affection and anxiety, On the way, as a man, he's grown, Leaving behind his state of notoriety

Unwilling to Leave, Unable to Stay

All these colourful souls around, Still the one is nowhere to be found, Closes his eyes to the vision of love, Snaps out into reality, alone on the ground Shattered with the fact of life, Where it's easier to befriend a knife, Somehow finds the strength to stand up, But somewhere along the line, it's easier to give up Ill treated, Misjudged, pushed away along the path, Walking straight into the line of fire, Prepared to face even the devil's wrath, In return for his love's desire But with the future so bleak, Even God himself afraid to speak, He's left with nothing, but broken hope, His desire moved out of his scope With a heavy heart, he begins to walk away, Unwilling to leave, Unable to stay, Left with no option but to disappear, A Goodbye is all that's left to say

The Actual Sin

Empty lanes across the horizon, Eating up slowly just like poison, No direction to move upon, The sail set down as the wind's gone Crawling under the fake moon light, Fooled by the masks of trickery and lie, Defenceless  in his own fight, He's become their favourite fall guy The pool of prevarication spread around, Empty lies is all that's found, Seeded deep within everyone's soul, Its taken over complete control Counting down days to his parole, He's clutched harder by the shackles within, Leaving behind the half burnt soul, He takes the path of the Actual Sin

Poetic Drought

Unable to understand these feelings inside, Not being able to completely hide, The wind of incertitude flowing around, None of the answers seem to be found Walking past the graveyard of thoughts, Trying to pick out lost words, In this moment of poetic drought, Looking up to the freedom of birds With no limits beyond the sky, Where everything's too good a lie, He opens his eyes to the future beyond, Working towards a new dawn Hopeful of joyful times ahead, An end to these gloomy days, Throughout the journey the innocent bled, As the fiends always found their way Uncertain of what the future beholds, Yet eager to work his way through, Like the sunflower, his vision unfolds, As the clouds of poetic drought bid adie u

Blame Our Fate

Gazing outside my window pane, Gathering life from within the stars, To ease upon this dark pain, During these difficult night hours Really thought you were the one, But it was over before it begun, It's so hard to walk away, But I know, I cannot stay There's nothing ahead that I can see, Except the darkness that fills my eyes, Like waves never leave the sea, I fooled myself with similar lies Existence of love in our lives, Brings us together like beehives, But the day it's shattered into pieces, Anger & Grief is what it releases Complications always keep increasing, Unless we keep our head straight, Opportunities seem to be ceasing, And All we do is Blame Our Fate

The Lost Grace

Going through the phase of life, Where pain seized the moment, Less dangerous seemed the knife, To cut through the heart like a rodent The hurt, the agony, the anger together, Makes up for one lost soul, Crying, whining, shouting or whether, Just living the nights darker than coal You say it's just a phase, It'll fade out over time, But it's not that easy a maze, To finish as partners in crime Broken heart, broken trust, No hope for new beginning, Moving ahead, if one must, In search for life's new meaning With hope for it to fade away, To meet the smile on your face, But it never seems to find its way, The smile's lost all its grace!

Born Alone, Die Alone

Not sure what to begin with, Trying to hold firm to the thought, Wondering if it's really a myth, Or just a phrase translated out of distraught Missing the smile on his face, As he walks under the star lit sky, Accepting his loss with grace, Tears hidden behind his eye There's nothing he can call mine, As he sets upon his journey ahead, Accompanied by just a bottle of wine, As his heart's left hanging by a thread The changing faces of people around, The mask of love covering them all, Selfishness has their actions bound, Not affected by any other's fall Decided not to stand there & wait, And move ahead on his own, As in his mind he sets it straight, One's Born Alone, One Dies Alone!

Pierced Heart

Standing under the rain, Hidden tears under the flow, Closed eyes feeling the pain, Killing me inside very slow Broken mirrors, bleeding hand, Waves destroying castles of sand, Pierced heart, missing heartbeat, Totally destroyed by the cheat, Never deserved such a dirty soul, Would rather fly with a broken wing, Than walk along with this big hole, Pierced through by just a fling All doors behind us shut, Moving ahead with the cut, The path once closed will never open again, As I continue walking under the rain

The Love Scar

Walking down the loveless path, Looking back at the broken walls, Of trust his heart once hath, While tears down his cheek falls Not new to what these emotions offer, Yet refutes to accept the sunken pain, Locked within his heart's coffer, Leaving behind a painful stain Moving ahead with heavy shoulders, This weight he can't offload, Looks around to find no holders, Carrying it ahead along the road The end seems to be too far, The path not yet fully explored, All that's left, a painful scar, Left behind by the love sword The endless journey far away, From the point where he first bled, The walk within the shades of gray, The love scar has him living dead
